A blend of all the vineyards of Nerello Mascalese with a deeper color, but still quite light and fresh body, it is more of a food wine than the Susucaru Rosso. It's almost like you're tasting the mountain with this wine and is a wonderful Etna experience! Slightly chill it and decent before serving to get the most out of it.
