The Story
A fresh, stripped-back white from The Blacksmith Wines, made to highlight purity and acidity over weight or oak. The fruit comes from dry-farmed vineyards in Paarl and the Slanghoek Valley, rooted in clay-rich soils and picked for balance rather than ripeness. Whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented, the wine ferments and matures entirely in stainless steel for six months, keeping the focus on brightness, texture, and clean lines. Lightly filtered at bottling, it’s an easygoing but thoughtfully made white built for everyday drinking.
